Shipping policy

At CrownCo Apparel, we deliver comfortable women's clothing to customers across the United Kingdom. Below you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

2. Shipping Costs

Free UK Delivery – We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value.

3. Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 3–10 business days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–12 business days
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UK time) begin processing the same business day; orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends and UK bank holidays begin processing the next business day.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays), while UK parcel deliveries take place Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and UK bank holidays). Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by high demand, weather or carrier delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

5. Incorrect Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and before it has shipped, and we will update it for you.

6. Failed Delivery

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. If your parcel has not arrived, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. In both cases, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
