Yes, if your order has not been shipped yet. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order through our Contact Us page or at support@crowncoapparel.com, and include your order number.

Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Shipping is free on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) and transit time is 3–10 business days (Monday to Saturday), giving an estimated total delivery time of 4–12 business days. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UK time) on a business day begin processing the same day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

Email us at support@crowncoapparel.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with the return instructions.

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. If you changed your mind or the item doesn’t fit, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and JCB.

Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. We do not store your card details.

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP).

Each product page includes a size guide in the description. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

Care instructions are shown on each product page and on the item’s label. Most of our pieces should be washed gently at a low temperature.
