All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP). The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order. We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or there is an error in price or product information. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet by contacting us within 24 hours of placing it.

7. Shipping

We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) and transit time is 3–10 business days (Monday to Saturday), for an estimated total delivery time of 4–12 business days. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
