Refund policy

At CrownCo Apparel, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in their original packaging, where possible

Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@crowncoapparel.com or through our Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) with your return instructions.
  3. Send the item back using a tracked service. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you changed your mind or the item does not fit, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
  • Restocking Fees: £0.00 (None). We do not charge any restocking or handling fees on returned items.

5. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

9. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
